Facility Working Conditions
Operating a commercial living soil cannabis facility involves specific physical demands. All candidates must be comfortable with:
- Cleanroom Gowning Protocols: Wearing hair nets, masks, coveralls, and dedicated clean shoes to prevent cross-contamination.
- Microclimate Adjustments: Working in warm, humid greenhouse environments (up to 80°F and 65% RH) with high-intensity LED grow lights.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods during hand-trimming shifts, bend over soil beds, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle repetitive hand movements.

Off-site Retail Budtender
Metro Area (Flagship Retail Partner)Interact with customers, guide product selections based on cannabinoid/terpene chemistry, operate the POS, and verify legal age credentials.
